With 33 years of elite coaching experience spanning the highest echelons of collegiate, professional, and international sports, Founding Coach Brian O’Neal drives the vision behind The Prospect Lab. A former coach for Ole Miss, the University of Florida, and Team USA, Coach O’Neal has developed multiple Olympians, Olympic and World Champions, NCAA champions, and High School All-Americans. His impact spans across the sporting landscape, having trained elite NFL and MLB players to maximize their speed, agility, and athletic potential. Throughout his career, every single athlete under his guidance has secured next-level opportunities.
